If at any point in your bunnies life they need to be rehomed, you are required to contact Lullaby Bunnies to place your bunny back with us.

Lullaby Bunnies holds the right to refuse sale at any point while the bunny is still in our care. 

 

All bunnies sold to pet homes are not to be used for breeding and an agreement will be signed upon pick up. 

Lullaby Bunnies is not responsible for ANY expenses once the bunny leaves our care.

Although the bunnies are checked for their sex multiple times before going home at 8 weeks old, we cannot guarantee sex at such a young age although we do our best. That being said, we will not issue a refund due to sex (but please reach out to us to see how we can help).

Bunnies that join your family are required to be given proper care, appropriate housing/food/handling.

 

You must provide our bunnies with access to medical care when needed.

 

The bunny must never be dumped, let loose, abandoned, resold or surrendered to a rescue. You are required to contact us in this case.  

 

Our bunnies are only sold to indoor pet homes and are not to be kept outside or brought outside unsupervised. 

 

Buyers will provide photos/videos of the space they intent to keep the bunny. If Lullaby Bunnies asks for a correction to be made, it must be done prior to the bunny going home. Failure to do so will result in termination of sale and a loss of deposit.

Bunnies are sold healthy and thriving leaving Lullaby Bunnies. We ensure we check teeth, body condition, clipped nails, eyes/nose/ears clear of discharge, fecal scoring and regular eating. It is the buyers responsibility to check over their bunny before purchase.  Bunnies are sold “as is” and no refunds will be made after pick up. Should something happen, please do contact us. 

 

Our bunnies are handled daily, socialized, and on their way to being litter trained. However, we do not guarantee temperament or any of the above and encourage you to continue our routines for the best outcome.

 

Temperment can be affected by having an intact bunny. We encourage spay/neuter with a rabbit savvy vet.

Lullaby Bunnies is not responsible for any expenses at any point after sale.

Bunnies will be sent home with a birth certificate, transition pellets, and a small bag of hay for travel.

​

 Buyers must bring an appropriate travel carrier to pick up their bunny. We will not allow our bunnies to go home in a blanket or on your lap and you will have to come back. 

​

Buyer should check over bunny themselves at pick up. 

Failure to arrive at organized pick up times will result in a cancelled sale and loss of deposit.

 Deposits to reserve your bunny are non refundable under any circumstance (even if you change your mind)  and may not be transferred to any other bunny. 

​

Deposits are 50% of the cost of the bunny. Full prices range from $100 - $300 due to colour, breed and age.  

​

We only accept cash upon pick up and e-transfer for your deposit.  

 

Prices are non negotiable. 

 

Full payment is due upon pick up. 

 

Lullaby Bunnies does not give refunds or replacements. 

Return of your bunny to us is to ensure a safe and happy home is found should you need to give them up. Because you want what is best for our bunnies, too, you will not receive any money when surrendering your bunny. 

 

 

 The buyer is responsible to research “house rabbits” and learn about what is required for their care.

​

The buyer is responsible for researching and providing adequate housing for the bunny. Small wire cages or outdoor hutches will not be approved. 

​

The buyer is responsible for researching “bunny proofing” for the protection of the bunny and their home. 

​

The buyer is responsible for ensuring their bunny is welcome in their home if renting or living with others. Please do not contribute to the “I’m moving and cannot bring my pet” issues. 

​

The buyer is responsible for researching proper diet and nutrition for their bunny to thrive. 

​

The buyer is responsible for securing a rabbit savvy veterinarian in their area. 

​

The buyer is responsible for learning about the benefits of spaying/neutering their bunny. The buyer is encouraged to do so. 

The buyer is responsible for caring for their rabbit if there are children in the home. Our bunnies will not be sold as gifts or to children.

You promise to spend time with your bunny as a part of your family. 

 

You promise to always keep learning and to commit to your bunny for the duration of their lives (can be 10+ years!). 

 

You promise to not purchase a bunny if you cannot picture whether they stay with you in your future life changes.  

 

Last but not least, you promise to love your bunny unconditionally, provide for your bunny and always make the best choices for your bunny. We love this bunny with all of our heart before they embark on their new adventure and we trust you.
